01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 54jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 54jl website located at https://54jl.app, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the platform.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 54jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering your 54jl account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 54jl is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

54jl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.3 Account Security

Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. 54jl targets a processing time of under ten (10) minutes for GCash withdrawals once a request has been approved. 4.3 Currency

05 Bonuses & Promotions

54jl offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 54jl platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

6.1 Random Number Generation

6.2 Malfunctions

12 Amendments

54jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 54jl will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 54jl platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting 54jl support.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who access the 54jl platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
